Mobile Party Entertainment, at it's BEST!

15 years of making parties GREAT!
Interactive - Fun - Making guests feel like they are part of the event and helping to celebrate on your big day!

Custom event timelines - no "cookie-cutter" playlists, a good DJ does not always have to play the chicken dance to fill a dance floor.  Being able to read a crowd offers a more personal experience and keeps more guests at a reception throughout the night!

We pay for the music, so you don't have to!  Instant song requests available through our live online music subscription service.  Music is of course screened to your tastes and genres.

Modern look and feel - Only state-of-the-art sound and lighting equipment is used at our shows.  Meaning, "loud speakers" and other P.A. Equipment from 10 years ago are considered out of date and should not be used!  (something you will often find from a cheaper/unprofessional service.)

Experienced Emcee and Announcer.

What does experience mean to a mobile DJ?  Just because a person has "been in the business" for a number of years does not necessarily mean they are experienced.  Knowing what to say, when to say it and what NOT to say are KEY attributes of a polished event host.

Warming up!  A game show is a great example:  what you don't see before every episode is the person who "warms-up" the audiance.  Building EVERGY and instructing the crowd on what they are about to experience is a great way of winning an audiance over and preparing them for your GRAND ENTRANCE.  I have a number of great ideas on conducting a memorable and energetic grand entrance and would love to share them with you.

Clarity - and this is big.  How many times have you been at a wedding and someone starts to make their toast and guests are still chatting away?...  The DJ did not get their attention and the guests were not prepared for the moment to happen.  Was the person giving the toast prepared?  Are they reading off a card or do they have their speech memorized?  There is a great book by my friend Tom Haibeck "Wedding Toasts Made Easy!"  There are many other books on wedding traditions, though this book relates to that important moment when the entire room is at attention and how to avoid any awkward or embarrasing moments.  Of course, having a quality wireless microphone will also help avoiding any static, feedback or drop-out of sound. When your guests ask "where did you find this DJ?"  Proudly tell them AwesomeMobileDJ.com
